Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: Why can't I add any items to my shopping cart? A: This is a cookies enabled website. Follow these instructions to make the shopping cart work: On your toolbar, go to TOOLS Click on INTERNET OPTIONS Click on PRIVACY Check off OVERRIDE AUTOMATIC COOKIE HANDLING and ALWAYS ALLOW SESSION COOKIES Click OK Click OK again. If you still have problems, email us at snapatorium@sbcglobal.net. You can always email your order. Just be sure to include the item number and name.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: US customers pay $3 per order, no matter how many photos you purchase. International buyers $5 per order.
Q: Are your photos originals? A: Yes, all of our photographs are originals and not a copy or scan. Ocassionally, the original owner might have had doubles printed, but that does not happen often and even those are originals to the time period they were printed.
Q: Do I own the rights to the photo once I purchase it? A: Once the photo leaves our hands, it is yours to do with as as you please. We do not keep copies of sold images. Unless, as stated in the previous question, there were copies made by the previous owner.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept? A: Paypal only.
Q: How do I request insurance for my order? A: Email us and we will add it to your invoice.
